Are you planning on going to Porto? We have lived in Porto for a month and even though we worked and studied, we tried to squeeze in as much exploring as possible. Best places to visit in Porto

Best Sunset Spot
  • Jardim do Morro: Our all-time favourite place to watch the sunset in Porto!
Best view of Porto
  • Clérigo Tower: You can walk up the tower to see the city from above
  • Villa Nova de Gaia side of Douro River: Sitting at the river and watching towards old town is amazing!
  • Ponte d. Luiz I: When you stand on the bridge you have views over the river, old town and Villa Nova de Gaia with all its wine cellars

  • Sao Bento train station: Probably the most beautiful train station in the world, full of blue azulejos tiles
  • Chapel of Souls: One of the most iconic churches in Porto
  • Santo Ildefonso Church

  • Miradouro das Fontaínhas
  • On the iconic tram 1
  • Capela do Senhor da Pedra: A 20-minute train ride from Porto you will find the church on the beach
